A complex, high-visibility delivery supporting a major operational expansion in a remote mining region. This project involved the procurement and construction of a fully self-contained fuel and maintenance hub designed to enable autonomous fleet support and site-wide operational readiness.

Scope Included:
- Complete construction of a fuel storage and dispensing facility with multi-vehicle refuelling capacity
- Supply and installation of administration offices, crib facilities, and support amenities
- Construction of vehicle access, parking, and hardstand areas, with embedded services and drainage
- Integration of fire systems, lighting, comms, power, and tie-ins to base infrastructure
- Full commissioning under industry-standard compliance frameworks
Delivery Highlights:
- Achieved delivery under strict safety and environmental standards
- Successfully managed multiple contractors and interfacing works under live conditions
- Delivered on schedule, with full documentation, QA closure, and zero LTI
- Final handover aligned with operational commissioning requirements for adjacent infrastructure
